Strengthening and balance for the whole body
Pilates is an effective whole-body workout developed by Joseph Pilates.
It focuses on strengthening the deeper muscles, improving posture, and promoting flexibility.
In my Pilates lessons, I teach according to the classical Pilates principles, supplemented by the latest sports science findings.
With mindfulness and creativity, I design varied lessons that also include a touch of humor. The training can be supplemented with various small equipment such as foam rollers, softballs, resistance bands, or exercise balls to ensure a versatile and effective workout. Thanks to the numerous variations I offer, every participant, from advanced to beginner, will find their personal challenge.
Every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM in Cinuos-Chel ,
at the old gymnasium (via curtins 280)
Single lesson: CHF 25.-
10-session pass: CHF 200.-
Private lesson (by arrangement): CHF 92 per hour
