Harmony of body and mind

Yoga is a millennia-old practice originating in India. It combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony.

Through regular yoga exercises you can improve flexibility, strength and balance as well as reduce stress and find inner peace.

My classes focus on physical exercises, ideal muscular alignment, and mindful movement. I love integrating different yoga styles (traditional Hatha Yoga, flowing Vinyasa Flow, calm Yin Yoga) and always strive for a varied yet harmonious class that develops thematically.

By using many variations, my practice is suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Every Monday from 18.45-20.00 in the Seletta, in Zuoz
