My Waves Terms and Conditions
YOGA AND PILATES SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. A 10-lesson subscription expires 12 months after purchase. There is no right to reimbursement for unused lessons.
Interruption of yoga and Pilates subscriptions
In the event of illness, accident, or pregnancy, current 10-ticket subscriptions can be suspended. Please provide a corresponding dispensation/medical certificate.
LIABILITY/RESPONSIBILITY
The customer bears full responsibility for themselves and their actions. A residual health risk exists during training or a tour. My Waves/Ivonne Godly assumes no liability for health problems or possible equipment damage.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
COMPLAINT AND INJURIES
Participants are obliged to inform us before the lesson or before a tour (hike, ski tour, snowshoe tour) about any complaints, injuries and pregnancies that are not already known or that are changing.
COURSE PLANNING AND TOUR PLANNING
Changes to course scheduling or tour planning and locations can occur at any time, but will be communicated as early as possible.
TOURS AS WELL AS WORKSHOPS AND SPECIALS
Registrations for excursions, ski tours, snowshoe tours as well as workshops and special events are binding.
If you unsubscribe, the following applies:
Cancellation up to 8 days before the start of the course/tour: full refund of any payments already made.
Cancellations up to 4 days before the start of the course/tour: 50% of the fee is due. Full refunds only with a valid doctor's exemption.
Cancellations made 3 days before the start of the course: 90% of the fee is due. It is also possible to transfer your place privately and on your own initiative. In this case, My Waves must be notified. Full refunds are only available with a valid doctor's exemption.
My Waves will make every effort to ensure that advertised courses and tours can take place. In the event of cancellation due to My Waves or insufficient registrations, the full course fee will be refunded. Minimum participant numbers are specified in the course announcements.

The advertised prices apply.
11. DATA PROTECTION
MY WAVES is obligated to treat personal data and information confidentially and not to share it with third parties. This does not apply to sharing data with employees or representatives. Participants are also obligated to treat information from other course participants confidentially.
12. JURISDICTION
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the court with jurisdiction over Zernez.
